Update on reBOOT Canada response to COVID-19 March 19, 2020:
The safety of our staff, volunteers, donors, clients and program participants is of primary importance.
Further to our statement earlier this week, we are adjusting our operating schedule at our Brick Works location in Toronto to protect staff and their families.
reBOOT Canada is closing our location in Toronto (The Evergreen Brick Works, 103-550 Bayview Avenue, Toronto) effective March 20, 2020 until 9am March 30, 2020, subject to conditions at that time. We will make every effort to respond to inquiries regarding our programs based in Toronto, however you may experience delays, we appreciate your patience.
We will continue regular operating hours for sales and service at our Peterborough location (251A Charlotte Street, Peterborough) and we will continue to coordinate donation pick-ups from institutional donors from our Mississauga site at 2301 Royal Windsor Drive, Mississauga.
Residential pick-ups are still suspended indefinitely and we will work with institutional and corporate donors to reschedule planned pick ups on a case by case basis.
We continue to actively monitor staff for signs of illness and routinely cleaning with disinfectants and will continue to supply computers for pick up by our clients on an appointment only-basis at our Peterborough and Toronto locations and we will continue to accept repairs.
Please note that all administrative functions at reBOOT Canada will continue without interruption during regular business hours for the time being.
